    What you see is the actual case we print, built in your browser. Your name is printed flush into the lid in a second color, smooth to the touch. Every design gets a quick check by a person before we quote and print it. Pokemon, Magic: The Gathering, Yu-Gi-Oh, One Piece and Lorcana are trademarks of their owners; these are original Gizmo Grotto cases sized to fit, not official products, and no game logos are printed.

    Case
    Deck box: one or more decks standing up. Storage box: long rows for a collection. Toploader and graded slab cases hold rigid holders. STLFLIX deck boxes are decorative boxes we print as designed.
    Cards
    Pokemon, Magic, One Piece and Lorcana cards are standard size (63 x 88 mm). Yu-Gi-Oh! cards are Japanese size (59 x 86 mm).
    Sleeves
    Sleeves make every card bigger and thicker, so the box is sized for them.

    Pokemon and Lorcana decks are 60 cards, One Piece is 50 plus a leader and 10 DON!! cards, a Commander deck is 100, Yu-Gi-Oh! is 40 to 60.
    Printed divider cards with a tab on top, to split sets, colors or a sideboard.
    Lid and name
    Lid
    Lift-off lid slides over the top with a snug fit. Magnetic lid snaps shut on 6 x 2 mm magnets set in the walls (we fit them). No lid: an open tray.
    Flush lettering: the letters are inlaid level with the lid in a second color, so the lid stays perfectly flat.

    Material

    Sun and heat: Standard PLA can soften or warp in hot sun or a hot car. For outdoor booths, sunny windows and anything that rides in a vehicle, pick ASA. ASA is about 35% more. ABS is available on any build.

    A deck box that fits your cards exactly

    Pick your game and the designer sizes the box to the card: standard size for Pokemon, Magic: The Gathering, One Piece and Lorcana, Japanese size for Yu-Gi-Oh. Tell it if your cards are unsleeved, single sleeved or double sleeved and how many you have, from a 40-card deck to a 100-card Commander deck or a bulk box for 1,000 cards.

    Questions and answers

    Which card games and sizes fit?

    The designer sizes boxes for standard 63 x 88 mm cards (Pokemon, Magic: The Gathering, One Piece and Lorcana) and Japanese 59 x 86 mm cards (Yu-Gi-Oh). You can also enter custom dimensions for any other game.

    Will my sleeved cards fit?

    Yes. Pick unsleeved, single sleeved or double sleeved. The designer calculates 0.32 mm thickness per card unsleeved, 0.62 mm single sleeved and 0.8 mm double sleeved, with room so cards slide in easily. Standard sleeves fit 66.5 x 92 mm (67.5 x 93 mm double sleeved) and Japanese sleeves fit 62.5 x 89.5 mm (63.5 x 90.5 mm double sleeved).

    Can it hold graded slabs or top-loaders?

    Yes. Top-loader cases hold standard 3 x 4 inch 35pt top-loaders (77 x 102 x 1.75 mm). Slab cases have individual slots sized for PSA (80.25 x 135.75 mm), BGS (83 x 130.75 mm), CGC (80.25 x 135 mm), SGC (86.25 x 138.5 mm), TAG (80 x 134.75 mm) or mixed slabs.

    How many cards does the case hold?

    You can size a deck box for a 40-card, 60-card or 100-card Commander deck, add compartments for multiple decks with divider cards, or build a bulk storage box holding up to 1,000 cards.

    How does the magnetic lid work?

    Magnetic cases have 8 mm reinforced corners with small round neodymium magnets embedded in the case and lid. The lid snaps firmly shut and will not slide off in a backpack.

    How is my name printed on the lid?

    Names are printed flush: letters are inlaid flat, 0.6 mm deep, in two colors. The text is printed level with the face of the lid, never raised, so the top is completely smooth.

    Can I buy the 3D files for the Dragons Vault or Stoneveil deck boxes?

    No. The Dragons Vault and Stoneveil deck boxes are by STLFLIX and printed under our commercial print licence. We sell the finished 3D print, never the digital files.

    Can you print extra large cases?

    Yes. Cases over 250 mm print on our big-bed printer. We confirm the time in your quote.

    Is this an official product?

    No. These are original Gizmo Grotto cases made to fit your cards. We do not print game logos or trademarked brand names on them, only your own custom text.

    How do I get a price?

    Send your design from this page. A person checks it and replies, usually within one business day, with the price and a payment link. Nothing is charged until you approve.

    Will it hold up in the sun or a hot car?

    Standard PLA can soften or warp in hot sun or a hot car. For outdoor booths, sunny windows and anything that rides in a vehicle, choose ASA, our outdoor material, for about 35% more. ABS is also available on any build.

    Can I pick it up in El Paso, or do you ship?

    Both. Pick it up free at our shop at 9109 Dyer St, El Paso, TX 79924, or we ship anywhere in the United States ($7.50 flat, free on orders of $75 or more).
