How it works:
1. Prepare your design -- we accept STL, OBJ, and 3MF files. Parts need to fit within our build volume: 220 x 220 x 250 mm (8.6 x 8.6 x 9.8 in).
2. Submit your file -- through our site or by email, along with your material choice (PLA or PETG) and any special instructions.
3. Choose your print options -- we will recommend print speed, layer height, and infill based on your design and how it will be used.
4. Get a quote -- a cost estimate based on material, print time, and complexity. Nothing prints until you approve it.
5. We print it -- with progress updates along the way.
6. Pickup or delivery -- we will let you know the moment it is ready.
Materials we print in:
- PLA (Polylactic Acid) -- a biodegradable plastic made from renewable resources. Ideal for detailed prints, models, and general-purpose items, and safe for everyday indoor use.
- PETG (Polyethylene Terephthalate Glycol) -- stronger and more flexible than PLA, perfect for durable, functional parts. Food-safe under certain conditions, with minimal fumes during printing.
We are always open to adding more materials as demand and safety standards allow.
