Install

Install (Windows)

Download the .zip and unzip it.
Copy all files from the unzipped folder into your FreeCAD Macro folder — including the MessageBoard_Profiles/ folder, which must stay alongside the macro files:

1.1	`%APPDATA%\FreeCAD\v1-1\Macro\`

Restart FreeCAD (recommended).
Macro → Macros… → select MessageBoardGenerator → Execute.

Linux/Mac: FreeCAD → Edit → Preferences → General → Macro shows the equivalent path.

How To Use

Install the zip contents into Macro/ (including the profiles folder).
Run MessageBoardGenerator.
Configure tiers, tiles, and stand.
Export STLs; dry-fit tiles in tracks on your printer (clearances vary).

Hobby/FDM signage — verify slide fit on your own printer before committing to a full set.
Early release; defaults may change.

Why does the tile fit feel tight or loose after printing? Slide-fit clearances vary by printer and filament — dry-fit a test tile in a track before printing the full set.
